Day 9

We moved to our current house 7.5 years ago.  We didn't know a soul and it was a very friendly neighborhood-a big change from what we came from to say the least.  I remember when we were driving through looking at houses-everyone waved to us.  Brian and I looked at each other and wondered why everyone was waving-where we missing something?  But moving here was a decision we never regretted and we have all made some wonderful friends. 

The one I am most thankful for today was so scary when I first met her.  She had her friends and said on many occasions she wasn't interested in making new ones.  Well, thankfully she made an exception and I stopped being afraid of her because she is now one of my best friends.  She has a caring soul and would do anything for you.  She hates exercise but makes it a part of her daily life-so much so that we started this blog together.  She loves to travel-one of my favorite pastimes as well.  We talk for hours and still have things to say.  

God puts people in your life whether you need them or not and I am so glad that He gave me Heidi!!
